I went to this shop for my BMW 116i (2014) because the headlights were not working. They opened my car and then gave me a repair quote of $3,674. I refused the repair, but still had to pay $515 in labour costs just for them to open the car. Later, I found another mechanic who did the same jobβheadlights, screen, service, and fixing a fuel tank leakβfor only $1,100 total. Thatβs a massive difference and shows how inflated the first quote was. I am honestly shocked and disappointed. It feels like this shop is taking advantage of customers who donβt have much technical knowledge. Charging such high prices is unfair and comes across as fraudulent behavior, preying on innocent people. I strongly suggest anyone thinking of coming here to get a second opinion first. Totally unacceptable experience.

I went there to remove my car alarm. They removed my car alarm but when I got home I checked under the bonnet and found they didn't remove the speaker and wiring. Before I left there I tried my car remote out. It locked the car but didn't unlock it again. I told them and the boss said it would cost me more to fix the problem which they had caused by not reattaching the wire back on to the central locking system. I had another guy come to my house from another company to install a central locking system. He saw they had not refixed the wire back on and solved that problem. This new guy saw wires just hanging down under the dash not even tired up. I would not recommend this Taylor Auto Electrical to anyone wanting work done. Their prices are too high also. Their staff need to be retrained on all auto electrical work so the customer doesn't have to pay for other problems they cause in your car. They have a habit of making more problems so they get you back to get more money out of you. They are a disgrace to their profession So don't go to them. Full Stop

Great service from this shop. Had a call and talked to Paul, went there right away and was accommodated immediately. I have a mechanical breakdown insurance and they sorted everything out, literally I have to do nothing else. Lend me their courtesy car to use for the day and my car was fixed the next day.

Paid 400. They couldn't find the problem. Fixed a bunch of other stuff I don't care about and didn't ask for. Not good enough technically to find the gremlin. Poor!!! Nice folks though. 1 star.

I won't come back. Unless you have tons of money to spend, I suggest you to stay away. So I have an electronic parking brake problem, they diagnosed it, and concluded it was the electrical unit that is faulty. They are likely to be correct (I have no complain on this), tho I am now booking Toyota's inspection to confirm. They did try to find second hand replacement after calling me, which I appreciate, to no avail after two days (my car stayed in their place the whole time). On the 3rd day day, I had to call them to get the bad news that they can't find a used part. They promised me to call back the previous day, which never happened. They might've been busy, but still, this is a less than standard customer service. Then came the bill, $500+ without repair. And they noted 4.25hrs of labour? I would have though not more than a third of that for inspection and confirm the faulty. Did they charge me for looking for the spare part? Surely calling around not costing that much. I could have used the money to add my funding for the new part (needed to be imported and would cost me $2,200). So, now I have booked for Toyota's inspection. And they assure me it won't take more than an hour, which sound reasonable. To me, I'd rather getting high rate with reasonable hour, than normal rate with ridiculuous hours.
