   Is there no customer service here, or do they just completely ignore women? I came in and was completely ignored. Staff walked past me a few times but still no one even bothered to ask if I needed help. I stood there waiting, even sat down, and still, no one approached me. Instead, they went straight to the man who was next to me, even though I had been there before him. I felt so stupid, so I just left. Sucks though cause everyone said this was a good place but based from my own experience I was very disappointed.

   I’ve been going to this place since 2017/18 because it is closer to my office. I have never been treated well, though I was thanking him for the job he’s done or not done. I’m a black, single woman and I know I haven’t been treated same way I see them treat others. He gives me appointments and he won’t be there or tell his mechanics, he tells me he’ll get the parts and call me but never does after texting him more than once. He fixes one thing and another part gets faulty and he doesn’t take me seriously even though I pay $ like anyone else. he texted me a month ago, telling me that he’ll inform me about a car part and nothing yet even though I reminded him on the 15 and 18 of January.Now I know I’ve been discriminated and would not recommend this place to anyone.

   This place was great Dmitri was amazingly helpful, it was a pleasure dealing with him. He gave me a great price, much lower than another mechanic. So I got quoted from Bay Auto $200, where Dmitri quoted $70-80 for the same job. Dmitri is an absolute professional and great mechanic. My previoys mechanic told me my engine has got a major problem, that it cant br fixed and the whole engine needs to be replaced. Dmitri instead assessed the problem and fixed it on the same day for a very affordable price and I got to keep my car A+++++
