   I highly recommend this mechanic. The service is always excellent, the prices are very affordable, and most importantly, they are completely honest. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely explains what needs to be done without adding unnecessary costs. I always feel confident leaving my car with them, knowing I’ll get quality work and trustworthy advice every time. Highly recommended!

   I've been visiting this centre for a few years for my cars service and WOF. The prices are very reasonable and I'm happy with the service. Never had any issues. Recommended to call before you go in to avoid long delays.

   Service is perfect. I called in at 1:30pm and got an appointment for 2:30pm. I was out of their place with a new Wof at 3:13pm as I had a perfectly warrantable vehicle. Highly recommended!

   DO NOT GO THESE GUYS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF I did my wof here yesterday and the guy said he need to adjust the head light that cost additional $25 in addition to $40 he quote for WOF. It took only 2 second to play around with the screw driver. When I looked at the beam check, this adjustment is not even required, but he was trying to make more money by cheating.

   Take my advise! DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely dishonest and will rip you off. I went here to get my wof and service. They advertised wof for $20 but told me it's now $40 due to covid. I had the misfortune of dealing with the manager Kadhim. He failed my wof, or tried pick reasons to fail where had no justification at all. First, he asked me to get a new Tyre when the existing Tyre was not even 1yr old, the Tyre which he replaced with looked second hand and still charged me $100. He took off my Tyre and kept it himself. Then he asked to get new headlight bulbs which was again working fine. To cap it off, he even charged me $15 just to wipe the front of my headlight with his towel. He called it "cleaning" which I could have done myself had he told me that this would cost me. He threatened to fail my WOF if i didn't accept all of the above. I ended up spending almost $300 for what should have been a basic wof and oil change. Do not trust these crooks 'Tesnem Auto' located on Stoddard road. Your wallet will be emptied and that's guaranteed!

   Very unprofessional. No ethics at all. He failed my wof for rust in the spare wheel bay and headlights cleaning. Quoted me $80 to weld/ rust the spare wheel bay one week ago. I cleaned headlights myself and After a week I went there again now he said I will have to pay him $200. From $80 a week ago to $200 now. What a rip off. Never go there.

   Very unprofessional. No ethics at all. He failed my wof for rust in the spare wheel bay and headlights cleaning. Quoted me $80 to weld/ rust the spare wheel bay one week ago. I cleaned headlights myself and After a week I went there again now he said I will have to pay him $200. From $80 a week ago to $200 now. What a rip off. Never go there.

   Not impressed!! I called and was told “come in for a free check it wont take longer then 10min”. The guy who looked at my car wasn't listening to anything i said tried to convince me that even though my car was leaking engine oil not transmission oil that the whole transmission needed to be changed $1500. I also had a grinding sound in the back breaks but he couldn’t find what it was and just said “must be nothing” as if I’m imagining the sound. After all was said and done he tried to charge me $40 for doing the check when I politely tried to explain to him the phone call i made earlier and that I was told it was free he got increasingly aggressive, when I asked who I spoke to on the phone he refused to answer me and continued to aggressively yell over me and demand the money. Eventually his boss (who I spoke with) came out didn’t address his workers actions at all and then tried to convince me he told me it would be $40 on the phone. By this point I just wanted to get out the door so I tokd him nicely I wasn’t paying he followed me all the way out explaining to me that I miss heard him and its my fault but because he's a stand up guy he wont charge me then he said “anything to keep the customers happy” laughed and walked away. Very unprofessional,unapologetic and aggressive not the kind of place I would suggest to even people I don’t like.
