   It was my first time using Mt Eden Tyre and Mechanical Ltd and they did not disappoint - I was recommended them by a friend having recently moved to the area. Easy booking, clear and fair pricing, and most of all - good people. From the minute I dropped the car off to picking it up, everything was straight forward and I was kept updated throughout. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a WOF/service - don't bother going anywhere else!

They offer a great service, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they always try and fit us in promptly and sometimes at short notice. They are not overpriced, like some workshops and offer excellent all round advice. We find them reliable and trustworthy and happy to recommend them.

   Absolutely outstanding service from Mt Eden Tyre and Mechanical. From the first message they were super responsive, got me a quote straight away, and were completely transparent about everything. Their pricing was literally half of what I’d been quoted around the city, which made a massive difference for my budget. They got my car in quickly and smashed through a big list of jobs in just one 1/2 days… new tyre, alternator replacement, diagnostics, and a WoF. Every step of the way they were helpful, clear, and genuinely supportive with all my follow up questions. The communication, speed, and efficiency were next level. I’m seriously impressed and will be coming back for anything my car needs. Couldn’t recommend them more!!! Ka pai team!

I'm not very car-savvy, but Scott and the team always take the time to explain everything clearly — from what work has been done to any issues they’ve fixed — in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s clear they value transparency and great customer service. They’ve also been incredibly accommodating with scheduling, always working around my availability, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend this place if you're after honest, reliable service and a team that truly cares.

   I would highly recommend Scott and the team at Mt Eden Tyre and Mechanical. Engine and AT light came on and they were able to do a scan on my car straight away, gave me reasonable options and were up front and honest with me. I really appreciated their patience while I worked through things. They were able to order the part in, install and service the car within 24 hours!! Amazing service and will be back.
