    I have been a loyal customer of this workshop for several years, but my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. The owner is not a mechanic, and the staff he employs are not only unfriendly but have also made offensive, racist remarks. They fail WOF inspections over minor issues and try to charge exorbitant fees for unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately, the professionalism and customer care that once existed here have vanished. I would strongly suggest that others avoid this place.

    Hi, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from this workshop recently. Because of unprofessional job I have been spent another $1100 in other work shop to repair my car. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional staff, I am giving 0 ⭐️.

    I've been going to RD Repairs for WOFs for 7 years now. Friendly, courteous, professional service & I'm always confident that my vehicles are safe after seeing them. They always seem to be able to accommodate me without much waiting & they're a few minutes walk from Lynnmall if there is any delay. WOFs are now $40 after sitting at $30 for years - I think it's a very reasonable price.

    I have been to at least 20 garages in my life but this place is the worst ever! Wish I could give them zero star. I did WOF and a service as part of grab one deal. Two people working at the garage and both are extremely rude. Eating, drinking and talking in the middle of the work. They said we don't do free work here when I was simply asking for a better price to fix something. Trying so hard to find reasons to fail WOF. They don't even know how a mirror dash cam works and tried to fail WOF saying they can't see the back because of the video showing (mirror dash cam turns off automatically after 30 seconds of starting!! and so there's no reason you can't see the back because of that!!). What you are saying is every single car that has a mirror dash cam has to fail WOF! Failing WOF because of a dash cam? seriously? I showed them how it turns off automatically then they passed WOF. There were only two customers including myself at the time but it took 2 hours to do WOF and a simple service when there are two people working. You guys need to work on your customer service seriously! I would never come back. Try your best to avoid this place.
