   How can anybody eat this?? I called the delivery driver immediately that it is damaged and take it back i cant eat. He refused to take it back so threw $20 to the rubbish

   Due to the oven breakdown, we were told to wait 10 minutes. I had actually placed the pre-order an hour before we went to pick it up, but we still ended up waiting almost another hour, even watching customers who ordered later got their food before us… with no explanation, no apology, and no compensation ：） Finally we got the pizzas in the pic, thank you.

   Pathetic experience for a regular dominos customer. Got given a burnt pizza and i called in to come back and return it. Got a call from manager that cheesy crust are just like that. I have been getting the same crust from a while and never had a pizza like that. Mistakes happen but to cover it up is even worse. Then telling us that oh all the pizzas are coming like that. Well stop making pizza them in that crust if they are coming burnt. Lame excuses and trying to do a heated argument. Store needs to get a duty manager all the time as clearly they said no manager on duty when manager called me on the phone to return back to the store.

   Order on 12:21 at night wait around one hours then I check my bank account which they cancel the order and refund money. No call No notice such waste my time. I was wait around one hours but nothing happen. That’s why I prefer order at Newmarket store! So guys do not order in late night they won’t make it!

   Ordered on Uber Eats order got canceled this was at 11pm, waited 30minutes before the order got canceled. Decided to order online as it says they're open, placed order, recieved confirmation, even took the 15 minute guarantee. Nothing shows up nothings been communicated. Tried calling through and it says the line is busy, it stayed busy for the next 30 minutes before I decided to give up. I'm not sure who the owner is or if the restaurant was even open but if it was check your staff, they're probably slacking off because it was about an hour and a half until closing.

   Order for vegan cheese pizza but they gave me a non vegan cheese pizza which causes me allergy on that day. To those who will place their order to this store, make sure to check it first before you leave especially when you order vegan.
