Our butter chicken pizza had spicy sauce on it. Call them and they wouldn't help or assist. Ask them to take their delivery back and taste it for themselves. He told me that he doesn't eat chicken. I understand that but someone at work would have done it. They selling a product.
Garlic prawn pizza was suppose to have baby spinach in them but it’s dumped with loads of tomatoes and loads of grease when usually my pizza never turns out like this it’s been two times they’ve been doing this and price isn’t worth it when you give customers a shitty pizza do you job next time or else I’ll have to come into the store and ask for a refund.
Extremely disappointed on their sorry state! The place is in complete disarray, and the pizza I received was nothing like what a Godfather pizza should have been ( see comparison of actual pic vs advertised by dominos). I counted handful of tiny pieces of meat with barely any veggies. It was a pathetic, embarrassing attempt at what’s supposed to be a pizza. When I provided feedback, their response was 'Thank you so much for letting us know,' I Don’t even want to start on the second pizza!!
I recently ordered a "Cheese Burst Crust" pizza from a reputed Domino's store, expecting the quality and taste they are known for. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. The crust, which was supposed to ooze with cheese, had very little or no cheese at all. It felt like I was eating a regular pizza with no added value for the extra cost. To address the issue, I went back to the store to show them the pizza and express my disappointment. Shockingly, the staff's response was dismissive. They claimed, "This is how we make all our pizzas." This explanation was completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a brand of Domino's stature. As a loyal customer, I expect better quality and accountability when there’s a clear deviation from advertised standards. This experience has left me questioning whether I would trust Domino's with my next order. A simple acknowledgment of the issue and a corrective measure could have salvaged the situation. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and ensures that customers receive what they pay for—a proper Cheese Burst Crust pizza with the promised quality! Very disappointed. Would not recommend until they improve their quality control and customer service.
Honestly a pretty tragic Dominos. Ordered a Pepperoni “Deluxe” and it came with an average of two pieces of pepperoni per slice. Contacted them via their website three times over a week, with no response. Had the same issue with my previous order, but thought to give them another go… won’t be back again.
I cannot express how incredibly disappointed I am with the abysmal service provided by Domino's Mount Roskill in Auckland. This establishment has managed to exceed my expectations in all the wrong ways, leaving me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated. From the moment I decided to order pizza, it became a nightmare. I attempted to contact the store a whopping ten times, and not once did they bother to pick up my call. This blatant disregard for basic customer communication is beyond comprehension. To add insult to injury, it has been a torturous hour since I placed my order, and guess what? I still haven't received a single pizza! The level of incompetence displayed by Domino's Mount Roskill is truly mind-boggling. If they can't even manage to deliver a simple order within a reasonable timeframe, they should seriously reconsider their ability to operate a food service business. This appalling experience has undoubtedly solidified Domino's Mount Roskill's position as the absolute worst service provider I have encountered in New Zealand. It is an embarrassment to the industry and a stain on the reputation of food establishments. Their inability to offer even the most basic levels of customer care is a clear indication of their lack of commitment. I implore Domino's Mount Roskill to take a long, hard look at themselves and make drastic improvements. Frankly, if they continue to offer such horrendous service, they should just close their store and spare customers the agony. It is vital for businesses to prioritize quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, Domino's Mount Roskill has failed miserably on all counts. This review serves as a warning to potential customers who deserve better than this nightmarish experience. Avoid Domino's Mount Roskill at all costs, unless you enjoy being subjected to frustration, disappointment, and an utter lack of professionalism.
Ordered a take away through ubereats, as per ubereats the restaurant/store has the delivery details of the customer including the contact details. For better service the delivery person should contact the customer once arrived at the location. The food arrived very late and was cold and saggy, I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of money and energy. I will never order in this store again.
When they dont want to drive an order to you they will call and cancel. No convenience. Rude & abnoxious staff who cannot justify their excuses even though my order history shows delievery many times before. The staff could care less. Do Pick up orders only and dont order through uber eats its not a financial gain for them therefore doesnt matter. Cheers
How does this classify as food?? Pizza was barely edible, no flavour except OIL!!? Had to throw out the entire pizza after one slice (Forgot to take photos). Garlic scrolls had so much oil that it seeped through the bottom (Photos Attached). The entire meal was incredibly bad.
Absolute rubbish place to order pizza online. This is the 3rd time in a row I’m experiencing utter bitter disappointment on the order. Recently ordered pizza online and we paid extra for jalapeños and after coming home found none was on the topping. Had to go back to check with the staff who had very poor customer service and said “we have run out of it” and gave the extra money I paid to shut my mouth. Have to tell them it’s not about the money it about the service and asked them to keep the money but to inform customers if the pizza is incomplete. For other customers if you order online, check the pizza when you pick up to avoid disappointment especially with this branch . I felt I was dealing with bunch of clowns who do not understand people skills and they treat you like they are doing you a favour.
