Please change the call picker she sounds very aggressive. You checked stock blah. Its not open to public blah do not pop in. Just say with a nice tune. Damn its friday i was talking softly. Get some more training how to be a good worker. If you are not open to public mention to people nicely. No need to be arrogant about it
Terrible experience as placed order with stocks showing available on their website. On the day upon pick up, I was told I never placed an order as they didn't receive my order even I showed proof of my order placed. I asked them to check their system fault but instead they argued that there is nothing wrong with their system. WOW!
My first experience is my last. Was met by a very rude woman who took my call. Not at all helpful & not interested in what I was trying to achieve.
Iam glad we got just good wedding suppler for my business. Regards receiptionist. She is wonderful lady. Her service to me is good. She does multi task.
Very poor, rude, impolite customer service over the phone. Myself and two other colleagues dealt with the same receptionist, and all received horrible service. One of my colleagues went in to collect the other, and also got treated very rudely. Interesting that all three of us had the same consistently bad experience with the same receptionist. Perhaps something to address? I have noticed many similar Google Reviews. They also didn't appear to want to sell their product, which is confusing.
Rude lady met us at the car park. Instead of being helpful she chose to be rude and shut us down at every question. We drove all the way from Takanini only to be told we could be served because we weren’t registered. No offer to register us then and there so we can make a purchase just gave the cold shoulder and walked off.
The front desk old lady needs replacement. She is very rude and she even asked to stop talking and listen to her. Never interrupt a customer while explaining their order as without a customer you have no business. The place was closed when we arrived for pick up with a note on the door saying a staff was tested positive for Covid. She even sent a lovely young assistant lady outside with our order and lack of instruction as the assistant did not understand the content of our order. Very unprofessional and the biggest disappointment. She ruined a beautiful day.
