   I randomly came across a Vive instagram video that Jith did and at the time I was sitting at the fence about purchasing my first home. His calmness and soft spoken nature made me book a free no obligation meeting just to go through what I was after. Jith paid attention and listened to my concerns and goals and he told me, it can be done. Sure enough he managed to get me the best loan offers from 2 banks meaning I was spoilt for choice when I was doing the house hunting. Jith literally held my hand through the entire process and was always ready to explain things to me in a way that I would understand. I plan on buying more and Jith is my now go to mortgage broker. Very knowledgeable and gives such good advice.
