   Hi there I would like to put this here for Miss Leesa Finau she works at Manukau office. Yesterday she help us to do our top up for our loan and I’m so speechless with the service she gave us. She guide us throughout the whole process she explain everything that we need to know about doing our loan top up. And wow her customer service and her love, passion towards her customer is priceless to see that in her. Because being a customer rep that’s what the customer will expect in you is how you handle your job plus dealing with people. But give her all the credits not only that we love to give her our big big thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love,support and helping us to make sure our loan.    When you go to the actual store it is fine and customer service is okay but when you’re talking on the phone they’re really rude I spoke to one lady that just hung up on me I wish I got her name but I didn’t & another one was a lady that wouldn’t listen to what I was asking for. Very sad if u ask me & train your staff properly

   My experience hasn't been a great service. Once this loan is payed I wouldn't return back. They called to let me know my payment. In return I did tell the staff I would pay $117. On Thursday. They did received payment as promised. In the mail they sent another letter dated same Thursday requesting payment and another $10 for sending out letters. What the hell???? Why didn't they wait to see if payment was made.... or change their system to note the agreement.. !!!! Rather find another company that is accommodating.... I am having to make a special trip to I.F. to cancel this rude letter received in mail on Friday.

   The service in the actual Branch in Manukau is great. They provide awesome service and always followup. The reason for my score is because i have a MyHome application , the people who work on this area have treated me like a piece rubbish. I hope CEO Richard Delatour reads this and speak with Managers on how to train staff how to handle escalated issues. Myhome have mucked up my order and after speaking with them numerous times my temper has gone out place due to three consultants Mele, Lisa and Priya. They have all sighed on the phone when i contacted them what happened. Blame the situation on myself when infact Lisa had entered the wrong order and all hungup when I raised my voice to ask them to listen to me as I am the customer and i am not available for redelivery on the times they are.They did not apologise for their mistake and refuse to offer alternative options. They told me i should have a picnic on floor , because i have already moved my current lounge suite outside to make room for the “new one”. I called many times only to be told they cant do anything and that i am fortunate that deliveru was even made. This is ridiculous the lack of ownership and sympathy the staff have. I had to call Instant Finance branch to sort it out even though it was actually the myhome staff fault. MYHOME staff go find another job if youre qualified to handle escalated situations. Also a thank you to the manukau branch for sorting it out on my behalf.
