   Very bad customer service, they will charge you higher price first month with hidden charges, when you ask them about why price is higher of first month they won’t tell you breakdown of charges, they simply keep on saying, slightly high slightly high and then they cut your call. Guys be careful they are running a scam hidden charges business of fooling people and not giving proper breakdown of the prices. Ask breakdown before you start with them.

   I have been with club auto for a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They had no problems insuring my modified car and it's easy to update new car mods I've done with them so that they are on the policy. Cheapest insurance I could find for my car as an under 25.

   Terrible customer service. i asked them for a quote, after a few day i get a text massage claiming my e-mail does not work. E-mail works fine every other company had no trouble sending me a quote. Set up a new e-mail address specially for them, and apparently the new one is not working as well. After a few weeks i get an e-mail from them (even though my e-mail is not working according to them) offering me a better price for the quote, that i havent received yet months later .......
