   A new name doesn’t help improve their reputation. The same bad services. Parcel arrived but they did not contact me until I rang them although it states clearly in the consignment that they need to call the receiver. I had to come to their base to pick up but had to go around looking for someone to ask since there is no reception or instruction. Staff in the office do not care and are rude too. I can understand why there are so many bad reviews here but maybe they don’t care because they think they are a big company. Stay away from this firm.

   They should stick to bulk freight, there domestic freight solution is hopeless to be kind, apparently the way they do things goes like this, not scan anything ever. Then deliver it to the wrong town even when it has a consignment that clearly states where it should go, also have nothing but contempt for there customers and pretend to be too busy to do anything about finding your missing freight, don't remember conversations that just happened and ask what you wanted again three times, blame your co workers and other branches.. I had to find my own item and had to call there head office manager to make someone care. I will never use this company again.

   Avoid, avoid, avoid! This company was tasked with the delivery of an online purchase I made. Huge delays, rude, condescending "customer service" and empty promises to call back that never happened from the Auckland office. Finally got some actual desire to put it right when I physically drove to the depot to find my item for once and for all at the destination end but I will never choose to deal with the Auckland side.

   I have just had the most outstanding customer care from Tracey in Nelson, who organized a driver , Cameron Speedy from New Plymouth to go above and beyond to get a birthday parcel delivered on the right day! I am blown away by Cameron's kindness and their business standards. The team effort was incredible and I cannot rate them high enough, especially at such a busy time of the year! THANK YOU!!!!!

   I totally understand why people give bad reviews for TIL now. We been use TIL to do our Auckland and North Island delivery for couple months. I have to say when it comes to customer service. there is none. We been waiting for one of the freight claim over 2 months. Guess what ? No one wish to speak to you about it. We give up to chase it anymore. Please do not use them when they are busy. Because they will try to tell you that they are just too busy for you.

   Used them for a couple months now as a freight courier for a surf shop - and can honestly say they are the worst I have dealt with. Had issues with at least 60% of the stock we've sent with them, either was damaged, delivered weeks after the quoted dated and in a few cases completely lost the item they were meant to deliver. Save your self the hassle and pay the bit extra for a freight company who know what they're doing as these guys are a joke!
