   ABUSIVE DRIVER. There was an accident in front of GO Rentals, Auckland CBD. Don't know whose fault it was but that's not the point. The Super Freight driver yelled obscenities for 10 minutes and threatened to hit the driver. Avoid a company that employs ABUSIVE DRIVERS.

   Fix your driver's, there's heaps of other complaints here with the same issue so I'll cut the long story short and say your truck drivers really need to learn patience and manners, how are they so high up they can't see the traffic Infront of me ? Like come on just do better, if you guys are on the motor way and you guys see a truck with the number plate of HPU329 watch out because he might ram into you and poke the fingers at your for trying to follow the car infornt of yours speed

   Driver nearly rear ended me as we were merging with a car in another lane, and then proceeded to drive down the median strip nearly running me off the road. Driver then started making a wanking hand gesture out of the window to me. License plate NRY969 at 11.49am, 22nd Oct 2024 in Rosedale. What a joke

   0 stars not an option. These guys dropped and smashed a forklift Tyne through a compressor I had delivered and refused to take ownership . Their view was our storeman signed for it so they were off the hook. Luckily the company I bought the compressor from has supplied the replacement parts and I am an electrician and can repair. They are a disgrace. Do not deal with them. Or at very least make their driver wait for half an hour while you completely unpack the item and check its operation before signing for it. Hopefully the economic downturn spells for the end for your shiiite company.

   Good bunch of guys. We have a container across the road from them and they hooked us up with pallets so we could build shelves and tables. Need stuff moved, see them and they'll move it.

   Fraudulent. Poor quality service. Superfreight damaged 2 freight consignments. They fraudulently claimed goods had been signed for. Very slow to respond to queries. They finally agreed that the they had lied about the goods being signed for ‘in good condition’. Basically agreeing to criminal behavior. Then failed to pay out on the claim in full, even though they were caught out lying. Made a partial offer to ‘settle’ and advised if we want to take it further that we could go to disputes tribunal or lawyer. Avoid this company.

   USE SOMEONE ELSE. They took 4 days to respond to a request for an urgent quote to prevent storage fees. Quote arrived late afternoon of the day before storage fees started and said they would arrange delivery once payment was received. I notified them of the date of payment and they responded to say that storage fees would apply for 5 days. They didn't inform me of what these fees were. I replied that they should invoice me separately for this storage and expected the delivery to occur the day after they received payment. When the shipment hadn't arrived 10 days after this request I contacted them to ask where it was. They informed me that storage was owing and for the first time told me what the storage fees were. I pointed out that I was only liable for the storage up to the date of payment as I had notified them to bill me separately for this. However they insisted that payment was due up to the now much later date of delivery. They accepted no responsibility for their lack of communication which had created the situation. Somehow they seemed to have expected me to pay an unknown amount for storage for an unspecified period of time before they would deliver.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They completely wrecked my machine they freighted to me and then blamed everyone else for what was their doing. Man up Superfreight and admit it. The continual denial that they did nothing wrong was REALLY, REALLY disappointing. DON'T GO NEAR THEM!!
