    Never a problem at the Embassy It's improved since I moved to Whangnui nine years ago. They have a great variety of films and the international film festivals are always good value.

    Staff are great! Wish I could say the same about the selection of films on offer. Apart from Piccasso there has just been a stream of trashy American fantasy. Nothing of any interest at all. I don't care about popcorn! I want to see first rate films. Is it difficult to get them?

    Recently saw "Retribution". It was so enthralling that when I had chomping on my pop corn, I swished down some soft drink to clear my dentures. I inadvertently took out my bottom set and forgot to put them back in. I was truly mesmerized by the movie. The staff put my denture aside and I picked them up the next day. Great work ladies. Hope you enjoyed the box of chocolates.

    The cinema has changed alot over the years. The internal of the building is in great condition and the films are reasonably price. Food is above average In price.. however one expects this. The sound has clearly been upgraded over the years. The only off putting thing is the external of the building is showing its age and the toilets are more or less the same as when it was reopened after a major upgrade in the early 1990s.

    Bring back having a ticket seller separate from buying food. Not every one wants to buy food and having to wait to buy tickets so you can walk straight in is not cool

    Haver had good experiences up until Sunday and then tried to make a complaint to the management. they did not respond so I went in & they were very rude to me and I will never return. Could not manage themselves out of a Paper bag!
