   I bought a uniform from your store and had asked the boy at the counter to wait as I was on a phone call, but he still went ahead and billed it. The girl at the counter was also quite rude while talking to me. They gave me a gift card instead of money. It wasn’t my mistake — I had clearly asked to hold the purchase before billing.

   Good staff, much better people than the group they had few years back. However, stock isn't always current and takes a lot of time to backfill orders. Please speed up that, and you'd get a five-star from me.

   Went today to get my son’s uniform sorted at the New Lynn store. The place was packed with everyone buying school uniforms. We were welcomed by Gina, who was readily available to help with sizes and what I was looking for. She was very attentive to all the customers and was helping all of us at the same time. Great customer service. A+++ for Gina. Thank you Gina ☺️

   Staffs are nice and friendly. Plenty of stocks - School uniforms are available there. To me, prices seemed comparatively much higher than the similar quality clothing available in retail shops.

   Absolute wow! The assistant at the uniform shop today was so amazing and kind and just super helpful. Went in there blindly had no idea what to do but came out just soo happy changed my entire day and got exactly what i needed. Thank you very much for being so lovely and a ray of sunshine in the gloomy world of retail. WE WILL BE BACK.

   First time purchasing school uniform for my almost 5 year old today, and my first time being in this store. The system was down this morning, so the assistant took my number to call me when they were back up and running which she did. When we returned, she was a fantastic help and gathered everything that I knew we needed for us. She was very chatty with my two girls and made the experience easier than expected. When we left the store my daughter said “that lady was sooo nice Mum”. I think her name was Ally? Ellie? Not too sure, but thank you very much for your great customer service NZ uniforms New Lynn :)
