I spent almost two years in beautiful New Zealand but my time would have been a lot less if I hadn't have found Rachel. Rachel is friendly and warm with a genuine care and compassion. On my first visit she was able to identify problems and addressed not only those but underlying causes as well. As someone who has worked for 20 years as a nurse specialist & clinician Ive never been treated with such cultural inappropriateness..I was misgendered not once but a few times and still she refused to believe I was who I was..definitely a waste of my time and energy. First and last consultation I had with her and advised Qi Acupuncture where she used to work she needs to integrate Cultural Safety & Competency training into her practice!
