We've been to several of the Plumb Company productions here. Seats are good, visibility is good.
Had the absolute worst time trying the find the entrance to the theatre. Went to go watch Oedipus for Kids with my sisters. We arrived 5 minutes late and all doors were locked. We even had help from the nice people from the church next door who saw us struggling and we still couldn't find an open entrance. We continued to wait and ended up leaving after 15 mins. Missed the show. Needs better signage. Couldn't get a refund for my tickets. Altogether terrible experience.
Privileged to have watched several performances by 5 of my Whai Ake tauira.
A building full of character and the people are a delight. We just finished a musical there and it was such a breeze. A very cool wee venue hidden in the centre of town.
