   The worst experience I have ever had. I would give a zero if I could. Do not buy anything from this website. Ever Purchased an item and they never sent it and never answered my emails. I am currently owed 400 dollars from them and still waiting on them to answer me.

   If there was a zero star option I would have selected it without hesitation. Absolutely no after sale services at all. They will ignore your requests and keep deferring till warranty expired. Only way out is to put it through legal system.

   Overall, I'm really happy with my new KitchenAid toaster. The communication from the seller was excellent, and the toaster itself is fantastic. While they didn't have the exact color I wanted, the closest match they sent is still beautiful. I'm so pleased with the toaster and the seller's service that I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future

   Waited near on 2 weeks for a toaster. Emailed to get an eta, their message back was 'your order has been canceled'. No explanation or anything. Be interesting to see how long it takes to be reimbursed. Very poor form.

   Terrible service-we ordered a beverage fridge which got delivered to mainfreight Tauranga-picked the fridge up, got back to office and found fridge glass smashed-alerted Appliance star-says mainfreight problem-they said not their problem as signed for it stating no damage-not the case, we just signed for the goods-so neither took responsibility, said on us as we collected from depot which was only option.. paid $700 and no fridge! Would never use again!

   Pray that nothing goes wrong with your product. We purchased a wine fridge from the Tauranga branch that developed a fault within 6 mths. Appliance Star ignored my calls and emails but thankfully the product’s distributor was incredibly helpful and supplied a replacement. That unfortunately arrived with major damage and the distributor offered a full refund. They emailed Appliance Star asking they provide the refund as the retail store and confirmed they would be fully reimbursed. For the next 4 month we each called and emailed Appliance Star on an almost weekly basis. They refused to engage with either of us. When they did eventually respond it dragged on for several weeks - despite multiple reassurances from the distributor that they would be fully reimbursed. After significant effort, and a threat of further action, they finally provided the refund. The store is fine; lots of products and all reasonably priced - just prey that nothing goes wrong with your purchase as you will likely be in for a long battle to have it fixed or refunded. I would never buy from Appliance Star again.

   Took a month to inform us they did not have heaters we had ordered. This was despite calling twice (initially did not return call as promised and then assured of delivery in the coming week). Had very limited stock to offer as alternative. Refunded money promptly.

   Please refrain from buying from this store we bought rangehood oven cooktop and other stuff within a year something went wrong with the stove went to their store early February to enquire as it was still under warranty was given an email address to email them.2 weeks after emailing No reply nothing rang them and they make all sorts of excuses. Very bad customer services
