Had the most amazing service today from Nonga! It is so lovely to have a great sales assistant while you’re shopping and giving me ideas and helping me choose what to get etc! Just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff this evening! I had a refund request, and even though there was some uncertainty at first, everyone really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly and in line with the policy. Went shopping on 19/9/24. Time was roughly around 8.45pm, the sales assistant so rude, no smile !! Standing on the floor reminding customers 9 minutes to close,5 mins to close - damn what you think you are ? This is not a supermarket or airport!! Making fool of yourselves ladies !!! You need to be reminded you there for a reason not chafing customers away Never going back !!!!!!!!!!!!
Pretty disappointed in the service at this store. We went in and told the woman working exactly what we were after, they directed us to the dress section of the store. We specifically asked for help yet we were ignored. Really unimpressed by the lack of service. We won't be going back

Young beautiful female named Nonga who worked today (Thursday) helped me find the best jacket for a dress. Btw this is an outfit for my Birthday and she played a big part in helping me. Give that girl a pay rise, Thank u once again Nonga❤️
Young shop assistant came across like she couldn’t be bothered helping and that I was interrupting her day. Didn’t offer to look for another size or check other stores. Pretty disappointing.
Went to shop for dress and girls in the shop told me they are closing very soon and you can’t try your dress. When I checked my watch it was 6.30pm only. Shops and mall closes at 7pm as per the timing. If they were actually closing at 6.30 I would understand and not come in the shop. when I walked in the shop Nobody informed until I asked to try my one dress on. I guess girls were in rush to finish work. And go home. Drove all the way from west just to pickup the Dress which I liked after going to more than 5 shops. Just because they are Dotti and cotton made clothes. Didn’t expect the such customer service in the place where you pay $100+ for a dress and you get in return such answers.
