   I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The mechanic was not only extremely rude but also made comments and behaved in a way that felt blatantly racist. No one should ever be treated this way, especially in a place of business. I strongly urge others to consider this before choosing to bring their vehicle here. Respect and professionalism should be a basic standard, and unfortunately, this shop failed to meet it. Thanks

   Not sure if business has changed owners as we have taken our cars here for a couple of years and they wee good. Was a bit surprised when they advised at payment that they now don't accept credit cards!

   I had a very good experience dealing with AAA Wof Centre in New Lynn. Richie and his team are really genuine people who provide the right assessment with complete honesty and exceptional service. I got my WoF inspection from Richie and he showed me exactly what was wrong and what may have caused this and I am grateful for their honesty and reliability, whereas someone else would have completely ripped me off. I am sure to re-visit them for my car maintenance and repairs.
