Very rude .they ask for some details which we cant even provide .everything was crystal clear to her lady who spoke to me and my partner .it felt like she was giving money from her own pocket .such a shame ..will take business else where thanks .
Incredibly, a girl was able to seek finance to purchase my vehicle off trade me, Gave her my basic details to forward to the company and they put the full amount into my account AFTER she decided not to buy it, then my ute has finance owing on it and have had to turn away other interested buyers, took about 15 phone calls with promises of them 'sorting it right now' to get it removed. Typical finance company, no idea, and irresponsible lending to people who cant really afford to tick things up.
Useless customer service. Applied for a consolidation loan with a guarantor, they spoke to the guarantor and said there wasn’t any need for a budget to be done. I rang again after the weekend and the person was sick, I’ve not heard anything all week so I rang again to get an update and they’ve said they told the guarantor the loan can not be done, which they didn’t. Useless
