    Zero star for customer service. Accidentaly got broken item, was told to be called in 1 day, they called me in 3 days to tell me: we can not do anything for you. Went to pick up the broken item and the girl on the counter was literally laughing in my face! Saying: all good, all set! Really? Good luck with business! You will need it with giggling teenage staff sitting on the floor and not respecting customers.

    Went in to the Lyall Bay store to buy some skate parts for my nephews new board and was served by Olivia. She was awesome and very helpful.
