   What a gem Patrick is, I couldn't be happier with the service and repair that he performed on my laptop. Communication was spot on, he kept me up to date and let me know what failed and the cost to repair. The job was completed earlier than I expected and am happy to have a working laptop again. I had resigned myself to buying a new laptop, but in a last ditch effort decided to Google laptop repair and came across Patrick and his reviews, and I'm glad I decided to pursue the repair instead. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick for anyone looking for mobile/laptop repairs.

   It's all too easy to leave negative reviews and not leave reviews for good work/service. I've been meaning for a while to start leaving reviews for good, and the service provided here has really encouraged me to start now. Especially because it was the large number of good reviews here that gave me the confidence to bting my laptop here. The problem I had was very odd, kept us confused for 4 days and he even helped me out through some texts in an evening. Politest person ever (just look at his responses to reviews!). Can't recommend enough and I know where I'll bring my laptop and phone problems in future. Thank you!

   Thanks to a broken laptop and (twice) broken phone, I now have a new friend in Patrick. Several months ago, my macbook died and I was quoted over $1000 by the OOBE apple shop as they suggested it was in need of a motherboard replacement. Thanks to a friend's suggestion, I visited Patrick for a second opinion who diagnosed a totally different issue and managed to save my laptop within days for roughly $200. I also had an issue with my phone which I have come to him twice for (once a broken screen and another water damage) and both times he has salvaged my tech and also brought lightness, laughter and genuine kindness. He works super quickly and is highly communicative. He was also very patient when I've needed some time to make decisions or gather finances. Most importantly, Patrick is a truly sincere person and a prime example of someone who puts care into his work and looks after his community. We've dropped into some deeper life chats and it doesn't take long to recognise what a powerfully positive and admirable soul he is. Someone who really gets the simplicity and complexities of life. Basically, take all your tech to Village Tech and life will always be sweet hehe. Patrick, thanks for being you and always saving the day! xx
