This guy is an absolute genius he fixed the impossible a control circuit board out of my camper van couldn’t find a circuit diagram he managed to fix it anyway very hard to find a guy with a skill set such as this
Have a Genius gate controller PC board which suddenly had no power. Profix diagnosed the faults and repaired and replaced electronic components to supply power to the board. It is now operating 100%. The service and explanation of repairs on the account was outstanding and I would certainly recommend Profix for any electronic servicing. As out of town customers Profix was very accommodating in making this repair possible.
It was so good to meet Chitra and realise that he was an expert with the traditional electronics maintenance skills required to diagnose and repair my speaker. Excellent, friendly service! Rechargeable battery in a BMW key fob 'died' - BMW do not replace these batteries so we were looking at a complete replacement key from Germany at around $700! Chitra took the sealed key fob apart, unsoldered the battery from the chip board and replaced it with a new battery from overseas. Very delicate work involved. Works perfectly! Thank you.
I was told that the gas fire remote i have was unable to be fixed and was faced with replacing the entire fire as the manufacturers of the fire that i have had gone out of business and there was no alternative remote available. I took this remote at Profix to see if they thought it was possible to fix it and the gentleman i spoke with was pretty sure he could fix the circuit board, i received a call two days later to tell me the remote was fixed and i have to say it works just like a new one.
