   Thank God we took only a trial pack. The lady at the counter lacks any skills she was imitating us in front us when we were trying to ask her something! Such a rude lady. Alsothe nappies were a size smaller as if she wanted to get rid of us and the nappies. Never going back here. What a waste of time.

   Bought couple box of nappies a day ago n was charged $ 96 bit xtra then their regural price . there fellow customer was paying 42 per box n i was given baby wipes on side and i tried using today was mouldy all the way i would say dont even give it even for free its for babies health.....

   The nappies are of good price but as they are selling with Baby Online name but the price is totally different what it shows on baby online website This has happened with me 2 times before as well The dryups which are for $35 on the website are for $38 at the store

   Would recommend calling ahead to see if they are open and if they have what you want (nappies that cost less than the grocery store). We drove 30 min to get here and they were sold out of all their less expensive nappies and only had pampers for sale. Not impressed. I used to shop at the Sunnynook location on the Shore and it was much better that was well stocked, but unfortunately it is now closed.

   I was in this shop last week and have actually found the nappies I bought very good and affordable BUT as for the arrogant, Arabic lady that "serviced" me I will not be back. After reading other reviews I'm assuming this person either owns or is married to the owner and in my opinion in running the business into the ground. She should not be working in the retail industry as she clearly has no "customer serivce" skills whatsoever , you have been pre warned! The 2 stars are purely for the product and nothing more

   Very bad service. The arabic lady over the counter is very rude and fraud when anybody swipe the card in the efptos machine please check the amount how much she as entered the lady cheated me by entering 25 dollars more on my bill and finally she was not giving back the money i told her i will call the cops then she gave a credit note saying that you show this on next purchase. If you spend little money more go to countdown and buy a good nappies rather going for a cheap one pls stay awayyyyyyyyyyyy............
