I took my car in early September due to a significant oil leak that was visibly dripping from underneath the car. The team diagnosed the issue as coming from the engine and quoted around $1000 to fix it. After paying for the repair, the car began leaking oil again the very next day, and the engine light came on, indicating that air was getting into the engine, an issue that was not present before the repair. When I brought it back, they quoted an additional $2500 to fix this leak. The leak they showed me was clearly visible underneath the car dripping. I find it very difficult to believe this issue suddenly appeared and was not noticed before the initial quote. They have since refused a refund. As a result, I had to spend a lot of time dealing with the issue and paying for additional oil just to keep the car running. Ultimately, I had to sell the car because of their inaccuracy. I have been a loyal customer in the past and previously trusted their work, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I will not be returning.
Called up and got my car in for a tyre repair & WOF, finished by the end of the day. Great service, super friendly staff & an overall trustworthy business. Detailed breakdown of all tasks done and a very fair price. Will be back again next time my car needs repairs. Thank you! :)
I first used pit stop Carlton gore road a few months back for a set of tyres, great advice and service. Today I got the rear trail arm bushes replaced again good communication and fair price. I’m going to do the font end bushes shortly and have no problem recommending this pit stop branch to anyone who wants honest service.
Brought in car due to squeaky noise. Was advised exactly what the problem was and got it fixed same day. Had brought it to another mechanic and they couldn’t fix it. Now it’s purring as a car should. :) Definitely will be bringing my car here for fixing in the future. Thank you.

Ardi and his team are poles apart from other mechanics I've ever been to. They do a very thorough job and Ardi always takes time to walk me through any issues and explain them in lay-man's terms. I highly recommend using this garage.
Friendly and professional staff. Just had my first vw golf service here because of the high ratings on Google map. Very satisfied with the service.
Came in to sort out a problem with an exhaust coming loose. Sorted promptly at a very reasonable price, but the same issue happened the following week. When I took the car back in to fix it, not only did they fix the issue, they did so free of charge! The car sounds and runs so much better, really stoked with the result!
No wonder these guys have such high ratings on their Google reviews. Well deserved 5 stars for their service and customer care. I was looked after by the young Indian guy working by reception and another young kiwi guy which service was outstanding, no words, they both felt so honest and caring to help immediately. Will definitely use them in a future again. Thank you for even looking after my mum, gave her glass of water in the hot day. You guys are truly amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
