   Today we had ordered veg trio pizza which turned out to be the worst pizza I ever had. They have used the spoiled spinach on it that gave such an awful smell. This is going to be my last order in this store. I would highly recommend anyone not go to this store.

   I order 2 pizzas . I order 1 chicken cranberry but I got chicken Camembert pizza which got bacon on it . I don’t eat bacon so I called them back it was their manger Vinitha who attend my call and I ask him I have ordered chicken cranberry but I got chicken Camembert with bacon on it , In reply he said we don’t have chicken cranberry in menu so i assumed that you ordering chicken Camembert . Does that make any sense ? Instead of saying we don’t have chicken cranberry he just assume that I want chicken Camembert because chicken Camembert is on menu . That was dominos manager Instead of accepting his mistake he was blaming me .

   UPDATE 17.02.25 Tried to visit the store today (6.20pm) to discuss what happened lastnight and how to get a refund - the store is completely closed! Signage out saying open, no one on site and doors are locked. IF THE STORE IS SHUT WHY ARE YOU STILL ALLOWING DELIVERY APP ORDERS AND TAKING PEOPLE’S MONEY?! Domino’s head office please do something about this! Placed a delivery order tonight at 9.40pm with expected delivery by 10.05pm. It’s now 10.30pm and the app has been sitting on “your order is being made” for the last 40 mins. Have tried to call the store multiple times for an update with NO answer . Is my order coming??? Have had no communication of what’s going on and with the store listed to close at 11pm I doubt they plan to still deliver my dinner. Service here is terrible. Will happily update this review if anyone bothers to get in touch with me and explain. Going to bed hungry now.

   First off, don’t order from Uber Eats because the lady who delivered our food had opened the chicken wings and eaten one. The box was open and you could see one of the five wings were missing from the saucy indent. Disgusting. In any case, the food is not great - the Hawaiian has ham that is overly salted and MSGd and spongey. The pineapple is sugary and sad and the cheese is cheap plasticy glue. The wings flavouring is also just overly sweet and they aren’t crispy - this pizza is so full of preservatives it’s barely food. But maybe I just don’t like Domino’s

   When I got there at 10:30, they immediately told me the shop was closed, with a "now cooking" sign turned on. Despite that, they showed me attitude, which was very disappointing. Later, I ordered online from the same store, but the pizza they made was so bad I couldn't even eat it. Did I pay them less to deserve such poor quality? They also mentioned staff shortage, but is that my problem? Very disappointing experience overall! would never recommend from that shop !!!!!!!

   Bought pizza today and the toppings/cheese/sauce did not cover the full surface and was very minimum. The female staff that made it was too distracted talking on her personal phone using wireless earbuds. After calling the store they picked up and carried on, so I had to call several times to get someone's attention. The guy that answered mentioned this is an ongoing issue and they have received complaints before. We were on our way far south and the guy said he could not believe us unless we brought it back so he can give another one. Worst customer service and quality from Dominos. VERY DISAPPOINTED! THIS STORE IS LETTING THE BRAND DOWN!!!

   I bought 2 large pizzas, drinks and the lava cake. The lava cakes were delicious, however, the pizzas had hardly any cheese on them. Only 4 slices actually had cheese on them while the rest had crumbs of cheese. I wouldn’t recommend!

   Worst experience and customer service. Ordered pizza gave me burnt one and test burnt. Called them refuse to give me another one. I think i spoke to manager. He was rude.went back show them clearly pizza was burnt .again refuse make another one.Had to leave the pizza at counter and leave. Wast of money and time.Same pizza ordered pizzahutt. See the difference quality and customer service.

   Ordered a "mega" pepperoni, and this is what we got. Paid $18 Inc extra toppings and there's hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms on this pizza! There's literally just dough & cheese!! Will be taking this up further & talking to management about it! This is the 4th time we're having the same issue in the past 2 months. But we order from here hoping that it's improved but it keeps getting worse. There was 1 staff member on site. The pizza we ordered looks nothing like what it does on the website! Don't know how these guys can false advertise! Hoping to take this matter up further & let's see what comes off it. Definitely not the dominoes to order from!!!!
