Becs and her team are the best i have ever dealt with, they have always tried their best when finding the best deal for me. They have achieved to get me a rental property when other companies and banks themselves have said no! They dont take no for an answer. I have been with multiple mortgage brokers and dealt with multiple finance companies and Becs and team are surpassing everyone in the customer service field and surpassing everyone else in the 'making magic happen' field. It was easy to arrange a meeting, Becs explained us the whole process (mortgage) and gave us all information. Kept sending us updated numbers and info (very quickly!) when asked for changes. Follows up when it's time to refix the loan to (again) explore all options - it's not just one-off service :)
