   Very Disappointing Customer Service I visited Pizza Hut Royal Oak one week ago and had a very unpleasant experience. When I entered the shop, I greeted one of the staff politely, but he completely ignored me and turned away to pack pizzas. I waited for more than four minutes, and even though he was standing just a couple of meters away, he didn’t acknowledge me at all. After a while, he came over and spoke to me very rudely, asking what I wanted. When I told him I was there to order pizza and asked why he didn’t respond earlier, he again behaved disrespectfully and even said something in his own language while looking at me in a rude manner. Because of this unprofessional behaviour, I decided not to place my order and left the store. This is not the kind of service customers expect. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their staff’s attitude and customer service.

   Price sounds reasonable, however the quality is very average or perhaps below average. It might be good for picky children who likes cheese pizzas. Other than that, I don't consider it something to crave for.

   I ordered online, 12:31pm estimated pick up time. So I went in at 1:03pm (lunch break) thinking it would have been ready. Got there and was told they are still making my garlic bread. It wasn’t busy (in store) so I was thinking maybe they forgot. I didn’t leave store till 1:15 and my break is almost finished

   Had a busy day.ordered hours in advance to pick up set time. Got there to pick up and they hadnt even cooked it! Beats the point ordering in advance.not only that but took longer than 15min. Will go to domino's pizza in future

   The people here are usually onto it and the pizza tastes great but one particular experience was a downfall. Arrived inside this Pizza Hut and was not served until 15 minutes later (event though there was no line). Had to wait another 25 minutes (usually doesn't take this long) for the pizza only to see that one of the workers took the unfresh pizza out of a pizza-heater. Firstly why take this long to serve a pizza that has been made ages ago and secondly why serve unfresh pizza to your customers? The pizza was also warm to cold which was definitely not appetising.

   Hmmmmn....The staff member that served me didnt add the combo deal to my order as that was what I asked for to be added with my pizza.. so I questioned why...a fair enough answer was given but maybe should tell me rather than just ignore my request entirely?

   The pizza here was great! I went with a Loaded Hawaiian and it was hot, fresh and perfectly cooked. Staff were friendly and the service could not be faulted. Unfortunate to see that not all people have had the same experience. For me it’s a yes! Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales

   Terrible service, the food itself was fine but the service is an absolute shambles. It did not appear that this was due to a lack of staff as there were at least six people working. I had placed an order for 7.15 pm pick up quite early in the day and this was not ready until 7.45 pm. If orders are placed for a particular time then you should ensure those are priorotised. I would suggest you remove yourself from Uber eats so you can actually focus on your customers who are putting in direct orders. The food was fairly sloppy as well, but fine for the price.
