A wonderful doctors practice with incredible staff. We are always able to get an appointment no trouble and staff go out of their way to help and support you. Every doctor is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. 10/10
The best doctors' I've been to. Of course I have my favourites there, but all the doctors and nurses are great, and do a thorough job. They go the extra mile - and more - for me and my family ❤️ I highly recommend them.
Great service, neat and tidy place and professional nurses and doctors available. Got the appointment within 2 hours of calling. Sam is amazing with her service snd pays attention to her patients. I was blessed to get an appointment with Dr Ben, who patiently heard all my problems and took swift action. A human needs empathy and re-assurance specially when sick and for sure you get it here. Never too crowded and their management is good. Located in Dingwall building on first floor. Best way to get there is via shortland st. Unichem pharmacy is just 4 shops away and you pick your medicines with prescription.
Excellent service. We're here on holiday and Mum fell ill. They gave me an appointment an hour after I asked if they had space. Saw a lovely doctor who really took the time to go into everything then arranged for us to go straight to hospital for treatment. Could not have had a better experience

I was based in Christchurch before I came to Auckland and I've called a lot of clinics. Most of their process for new/transfer patients is difficult and appointments are far away, until I called Queen Street Doctors. My experience so far had been smooth and easy. I've been looked after by Dr. Jason, Dr. Margaret, and Nurse Pandora. They were all lovely and made me comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for someone living in Auckland CBD.
Dr Monica and Nurse Cescille were very warm, encouraging, and knowledgeable when examining my infant son and administering his immunisation. They went beyond their duties and provided additional information and services that made us feel comfortable and at ease, which was very helpful to us as non-residents unfamiliar with Auckland's healthcare system.
Been going for 2+ years. Professional and helpful reception staff, skillful and compassionate nurse team, and GP Mike has a good understanding of mental health and lgbt related issues. Would recommend for common issues and/or chronic condition maintenance.
