   I worked with Bruce and his team for several years during some complicated business transitions, including company shutdowns and the sale of my snack brand, Snackachangi. Bruce's expertise was invaluable throughout these processes, and the results were truly life-changing. Bruce provided shrewd financial advice both before and after the sale, and always navigated me through complex situations with professionalism and skill. His negotiation expertise during the NZ sale of Snackachangi was particularly impressive. While I'm moving to a different accounting setup to simplify my operations (as my business has streamlined significantly post-sale), this decision in no way reflects on the quality of service I received. Bruce and his team were excellent at what they do - they just might be too sophisticated for my now much simpler day-to-day operations!    Bruce Sheppard is an exceptional human being who I had the good fortune to meet 34 years ago when he set Grey Power up with office space in the Smith & Caughey Bldg out of his own goodwill and I was part of championing that cause. He has provided invaluable guidance and advice and helped me and my family tremendously over these years. Bruce’s wealth of knowledge and in particular his expertise in negotiation is spectacular and unmatched.
