   Thanks so, so much for the wonderful service we received a couple of nights ago, with the burst water pipe. I very much appreciate it. It’s no fun having the water supply shut off, so it was fantastic that the plumber was there within perhaps 90 minutes of my urgent late afternoon phone call to you. (I’m not actually sure, it might have been sooner. My wife & I went to the supermarket after my call to you and by the time we got home, the repair was made, the water was back on and everything was normal.) We are certainly grateful for these urgent repairs, and they make our life much better than it would otherwise be!

   We've been living in this two-bedroom apartment in Wellington's CBD for the past 2.5 years. The location is super convenient—schools, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Pukeahu National War Memorial Park is just around the corner, which has been great for relaxing walks or as my daughter says, for skate-boarding! My unit itself is cozy and gets plenty of natural light, especially on sunny days, which makes the space feel warm and inviting. Recently, construction started on the neighboring building, and their balcony ended up at the same level as our side windows in our living room and our daughter's room, which raised some privacy concerns. I reached out to Cushla, Oxygen's Senior Property Manager, and she promptly arranged for curtains to be installed at no extra cost. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. Thanks Cushla, you're amazing! Overall, it's been a comfortable place to live with a responsive management team. Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Oxygen Property Management for your rental needs.

   Yeah they're good as far as property managers go to be honest. I haven't gotten my bond back yet as my tenancy is still active; I will be very impressed if after that ends they don't take $175 for 'cleaning fees' as is pretty standard practice for property managers. They're actually pretty good in terms of communication and Sandy was easy to work with and pretty accommodating. Overall, pretty good and would recommend.

Maintaince issues are dealt with promptly, the lines of communications have always open, and our lease has been renewed with lots of advance notice.
