Documents then show:- Incorrect Reports Incorrect Tax Returns & tax rate Failure to account for funds Incorrect estate fee & commission charges TEL fail to ensure Trust Managers operate in a cost effective & professional manner:- Failure to pay out estate funds to residual beneficiaries promptly & in accordance with the will. Failure as new executor to contact & provide beneficiaries with Trust Manager's contact details & update any changes Emails had the characteristics of scams requesting contact details be sent to an address other than that previously authorised & as shown on their letterhead/footer. Failure to provide an update & timeframe Failure to provide beneficiaries with current statement of funds held; report has misleading entries & inaccurate. Untrue statement re providing information to beneficiaries - Shine Lawyers - "they have a right to this information as it affects their entitlement under the Will." Failure to advise the AML documents required by TEL's Identity & Address Requirements document Failure to provide TEL's Privacy Statement document Failure to acknowledge their mistakes & further charging the estate Failure to advise their Complaints Process Current indication is that they won't comply with the will - they cannot do something contrary to the terms of the will unless all of the beneficiaries agree or the court has authorised the action

Our experience has been terrible. Very long waits for a reply from correspondence. They then ignore a Last Will and Testament also a memorandum of wishes that they charged for making at the time several years earlier prior to death. They are the worst to deal with and are only dragging things out for their own ends and NOT for the 2 beneficiaries. I would recommend any one thinking of using them to NOT do so is you want you dying wishes adhered to.
