   Not recommended to anyone. We are always traveling and using this insurance, and we have never made any claim. I recently traveled and put in a claim. As soon as we lodged the claim they said we cannot proceed. Afterwards to recheck took 4 months to respond with a negative outcome. The worst travel insurance wasted our time and money. Would not recommend at all.

   Not very impressed July1st-10th on a family holiday and my Samsung s22 ultra was stolen when doing swimming with the turtles they are refusing to pay out and even gone to the police station 2 times when in rarotanga we still yet to receive the report however even with a whole family of witnesses they are doing their best to not pay they are not trustworthy take your money elsewhere do not recommend Is there anything I can do ? This has been back and forth for a month now And costly as we having to ring overseas

   Didn't send the email with details on how to claim and nurse didn't ring on WhatsApp when was told they would. Luckily my husbands illness came right. Won't be getting insurance off them again.

   This is the second time I have used Kiwi Holiday Insurance. I needed help the first time round and I was very pleased with the cover and care that I received. Didn't need to claim anything on my second trip. I've recommended this company to all my friends.

   Kiwi Holiday Insurance provider Alliance issued a travel insurance policy but lo and behold the policy number is now in dispute as it cannot be found in their systems! We have paid a very tidy sum but not unable to claim on disrupted flights. Most alarmingly they are not responding to our emails at all not can we connect on the phone as wait times are out of this planet.
