These are the worst lawyers we have ever dealt with. Refuse to settle at the agreed time & cause major issue for settlement. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails.
Worst lawyer my brother Ian and I have ever talked with. Today is third day since property sale was cancelled by buyer, heard nothing at all. ( found out when he text property manager he is cancelling) Also she Knows nothing about anything legal if asked. Highly don't recommend at all, communication is close to nil too. Response: She is also dishonest by her response here, I am legally half owner and my brother 'title owner' also had no response at all. Disgusting behaviour. So yes she is useless!
Absolutely professional. Very responsible, prompt and experienced. Knows the right thing to do in all unexpected issues and scenarios, nothing unanticipated. Legal process were explained so clearly and thoroughly that made me think even the lawyer on the other party didn't know the process in details as much as I did. The legal executive was also super friendly and helpful.
We could never get a hold of Haiyan. She was unprofessional and she blamed us for βthreateningβ her receptionist when I called the office. I called the office and left a message for her and understandably I was already upset because of the stressful process. I will never use her service even if these were offered for free.

Walked in excellent staff st waiting room and very tidy with flowers or plant to brighten the waiting room. Was seen on time and sorted all paper work out with no problems.
Service from this lawyer is very poor. We hardly able to communicate them. The receiption has no satisfactory respose for the client and always refers to the Haiyan who never pick up her call. Its frustrating! I recommend DONT TAKE SERVICE!!!
