   I had been saving up to buy a pair of Supertrousers and finally made the trip to Fieldays to get them. To my surprise, Rob himself was there helping out! He took the time to help me find the perfect size and even did the hemming for free on the spot. Incredible service and top-quality gear — I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.    Bomb proof gear that's made to last, with fantastic service! Can't recommend Cactus enough, My Mountain jacket is the only one that I've never been disappointed in having tried many other brands. I've had it a few years now and multiple occasions of Skiing laps whilst friends sit in the café during blizzard like conditions. I was warm and dry enjoying the fresh powder. If your serious about the outdoors or just want to stay Dry and Warm then Cactus is the go to! They make stuff that lasts and it's worth every dollar.

   Returned a 7+ year old satchel for small repairs and received it back by courier a few weeks later . The repairs were done as a gesture of goodwill, and even the courier was not charged for. Love their products, and they really stand behind them. Worth paying for this, and supporting a true NZ business.

   Love cactus, quality gear that they back. Got a fair bit of stuff of them over the years and there’s a reason i keep getting more, Quality!! Had them repair a couple of items and you wouldn’t know that they were damaged, Top work! Thanks for being a good kiwi company!! And BTW the Auckland store is great!! Friendly staff always keen to help.

   After learning of the ignorant discrimination applied at your stores, I'm disappointed. Can also see this in a response to another review here, will likely be organising a return for my order that's just arrived, I'll shop elsewhere. My family feel the same, and we've spent a lot of money with Cactus in recent years.
