   I recently visited this branch after previously buying a sleeping bag at another location. During my earlier visit, I was assisted by two different staff members, but unfortunately, none of them pointed out that the sleeping bag I was purchasing was too big for my needs. It wasn’t until I came to this branch and showed my purchase to a staff member here that I was immediately told the sleeping bag was oversized. Only then did I understand why it didn’t feel right, and I felt quite disappointed that the staff at the previous branch hadn’t mentioned it earlier. Because of that oversight, I had to spend additional time and effort going to another location to exchange my gear. That part of the experience was frustrating. However, I really appreciated the honesty and straightforwardness of the staff member at this branch. Their knowledge and willingness to help made a big difference, and I left feeling much more confident about my purchase. Thank you for the great service at this location!

   Went in to exchange a pair of Salomons that had holes in them after only six months, probably a manufacturing defect, and got an exchange very quickly thanks to the manager's initiative.    Well located large sized Macpac store on Queen Street. Complete product range is always available here. There are specials going on at times throughout the year. The apparel and goods are great quality and built to last. The staff are nice and helpful. Click and collect is also available in store which is a great facility. Parking is at a premium given the location.
