Initially optimistic about our meeting with Amir but that quickly subsided when we arrived and was asked to consent to a $250 - $750 charge just for an initial consultation and advice which would take approximately half an hour or so. I did not appreciate the approach and declined and left. Went to another consultant with no initial consultation charge and as a result of the advice given will continue with their services. My advice would be to make sure you are happy handing over that much money before booking a consultation to save everyone's time and it would have been nice to know that on the initial phone call.
