   Had a pretty disappointing experience at The Fade Master. The African barber who cut my hair, as the other barber mentioned, came to NZ around 3-4 months ago. He was quite rude and unprofessional — made sarcastic comments about being very new, oddly claimed to be from India, and later said he was the boss when the other barber (maybe the owner or boss) stepped out. The whole thing just felt dishonest and uncomfortable. Definitely expected a more respectful and professional attitude. Not recommended at all

   Went there for son’s first hair cut. Both barbers were really good with him. They both talked to him and made him feel comfortable. Definitely going back. Did an awesome job!!

   First time at the Fade Masters, I had the pleasure of visiting Eddie today and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Eddie is truly a master of his craft. The atmosphere in the shop is inviting and comfortable, with a perfect blend of modern and classic barber shop vibes. The tools and products used were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the shop and the tools was impeccable. Eddie has a great sense of style and an eye for what looks good. I highly recommend these boys to anyone looking for an awesome haircut.

   First time here. They did me so much better than my old barbers, the barber with the really long horsetail, did an absolute great job, he even improvised and gave me a better haircut than what i asked for. My new barber, I live in east auckland but coming here is worth it.

   The haircuts are great but the wait times are horrendous. Every time I've come to this barbershop, I'd have to wait about 1-2 hours. I admire and respect their attention to detail with every cut, but I'd also appreciate it if the Barber's didn't smoke outside between every cut and made sure customer's were out with a fresh cut as soon as possible. Again, great haircuts but very time consuming. I don't recommend coming to this barber if you're on a rush. I'd also like to mention the $10 INCREASE in price for the haircuts was really unnecessary.

   Poor customer service! I came in and the guy with the braids didn’t even clean the chair, so i was sitting on someone else’s hairs. Plus i got the most terrible haircut since i moved here! I had to go back and fix my hair! The guy was also rough with cutting my hair! Im a barber and i know that my hair wasn’t even detailed and can still see some lines on the side! Ill go for one star just for cutting my hair! Wish there was a no star! I can show some pictures if you guys want to! Just so disappointed with my haircut! I just wish i didn’t come in, because i read the reviews it was all 5 stars but just so angry right now with my haircut! And the braided guy thought he was cool with how fast he plays with scissors and clippers but he really messed up my hair!!!

   Don’t waste your money going anywhere else. Highly recommend this barber as they perform A grade cuts at a rapid rate for affordable prices. Highly recommend A+++

   Average cut. The guy trimmed the hair on the side of my face, my beard, when I didn't ask him to and made it look bad. The shop was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I would not recommend going to this barber shop.
