   I recently had gum treatment and Tooth filling done at Kelston Smile Dental. I am always nervous when it comes to going to a dentist but Dr Jomy Munjunattu made it a pleasant experience. She is such an amazing dentist. She was really nice and friendly and easy to talk to. She made sure that I was comfortable and calm throughout the procedure. I am really grateful to her for providing an efficient and professional care. I will highly recommend Dr Jomy for any type of dental treatment.

   Planned dental service was done professionally. I've had several visits and procedure done here in the past with a different dentist and all done professionally too. The dentist would advise the cost of procedure before going ahead after assessment and looking into the problem. Clinic is clean and the dental assistant is very attentive.

   TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DR DOROTHY OKA HAYASHI !!!! Went to get a filling done and doctor Oka hayashi was rude and REALLY REALLY rough. Had to raise my hand multiple times to let her know I was in pain where she then stuck a 4th needle roughly into my gum (guessing she's angry at this point because I keep telling her I'm feeling pain). I have had this procedure done before multiple times and never have I ever felt this much pain and discomfort from any other dentist I have been to. Went home not being able to feel my whole face and couldn't sleep from the pain of all the needles. I have contacted them to speak to a manager but they couldn't put me through. But will not stop contacting till this is sorted as I do not want this to happen again to anyone. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Your money will be better off somewhere else. Where you get treated like a customer and not a dog.

   If I could give a zero for the service. I would. I had oppointment for clean up and asked to get consulatation for tooth extraction. Dentist Dorothy was so rude and she was so rough on my gums. Did not clean my tooth properly and finished the work less then 15 mins. She was that hard on my gums I was tearful during the procedure. My gums were sensitive anyway. I am having constant bleeding since that and got a big wound in my gum. I am trying to contact the head office to complain about this lady Dorothy. How can she be so rude to patients. If I don’t complain she would do the same thing to other patients. I feel so disappointed and would not recommend anyone to see specially DR Dorothy. She should be fired from her job.

   Only went there due to my dentist not being available and also they offered afterpay but to my disappointment the receptionist didn't know how to set it up so I paid full price anyway which was kind of a waste of my time for me going there as other dentists were charging less. The saving grace was that Dentist Dorothy did a great extraction job and happy with that but the receptionist needs to work out the afterpay thing.
