   Just called was very rude and hung up was after a price on a part asked me 4 rego said sorry don’t have it right so I said what do u need to know I just need a price on basic a4 steering rack he then said 650 so I said why so expensive reconditioned ones are 400ish he did just go do that and hung up very poor customer service and just lost the company a sale and potentially more business in the future

   The Service was fantastic as first however when I wanted to return parts that didn't work, they initially said it wasn't their parts and refused, even though I had the receipt . Then they couldn't refund to my card and I had to give my bank details, I have not received my refund.

   paid for 2nd hand drive shaft that broke after a few weeks of use. I barley drove 10 hours on the drive shaft and it started grinding. Edit. Spoke with AAWreckers and I was still within the warranty period and I got a replacement driveshaft super happy with the outcome and friendly service.
