   I ordered some ball joints for my car on 27 of November and paid for the international air shipping which said 10 to 15 working days and cost 33 dollars.18 days later I emailed redline and all they had said is shipment is a bit slow this time of year then a few days later I finally get my tracking details which were from some new company called post haste and said they had been picked up from redline performance on the 18 of December and didn't get any updates till I emailed post haste this morning at 10am 22 of December then my tracking finally got updated now there sitting in my local post office that doesn't deliver in till Wednesday and can't pick them up. So nearly been waiting a whole month for something that should have taken only like 3 weeks and so far it's been 25 days but by the time I get them it would have been 27 days.

   My mate brought a xforce 3inch catted frontpipe for gt86/brz, it was missing the gaskets that come with it, I know this as ive open and installed 2-3 of them for my mates already, these gaskets are xforce/aftermarket specfic as the factory rear gasket uses a donut style and the new one needed is a standard graphifte gasket at a weird size that you cannot find anywhere else in nz.

   Purchased a radiator, although slightly cheaper than oppositions is far worse quality, turned up with bent fins, meant to be a polished radiator, to truly be a polished radiator I will need to spend a fair bit of time to polish the unpolished bits. After speaking to them I was told that is to be expected. (All welds have a lot of corrosion around them which is visible due to being very dull, polished parts welded and left). Very disappointed with the outcome of it all and will definitely avoid using this company again.
