   I needed a small repair and repaint on my car door, and after getting three quotes, these guys came in with the best price. Rahim, the manager, was friendly, professional, and really helpful throughout the process. The work was completed exactly when they said it would be, and the result looks fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend their service.

   One of the employees from this shop scratched my car and told me that he can get my car repaired at this shop as he works here. But I wanted to go through with insurance company and he agreed. After that he has not been answering any of my contacts. This represents their lack of responsibility. I saw some bad reviews that other users left here and I should've not trusted him from the first. But I am relieved that I didn't get my car repaired here anyway as it seems their work is not reliable.

   Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but this was the worst experience I had with a garage here in NZ. They kept my car for 6 days without providing any updates, had to keep calling to chase for updates. They consistently failed to keep to any timelines they had promised citing having a lot of cars to work on due to the long weekend. Despite telling them I needed priority as I am selling the car and they could have told me that they can’t fix it in time way earlier instead of taking 6 days to provide a quotation. It was only upon telling them I was going to go to another garage that the quotation came in. Charged me $80 for “diagnostics” once I told them I was taking my car away. Their nonchalant attitude and lack of customer service makes me question their services. Not recommended if you need repairs. Better off elsewhere with a garage who cares about their customers.

   I see alot of positive feedback but in our situation was totally the opposite we had repairs done charged for brand new turbo 3k to find out was probly not even replaced if replaced wasn't brand new car lasted 2 months and stuffed again

   Best mechanic in Auckland hands down never lie to you about what’s wrong with your car doesn’t over charge you and shows you everything they do from start to finish hard to find mechanics like this would recommend to anyone and everyone unless your happy getting ripped of at your mechanic.

   The Pakistani gentleman is very caring and sincere, and would explain to you the services that may or may not be required to be performed and will seek your permission before initiating any work that will incur extra costs. I had a great experience here. Wait times were low, no appointment needed, and managed to pass my WOF after the repair work that had been performed here. Definitely trustworthy and recommended to all.

   Adnan, Ravi and team are very cost efficient and reliable, they are experts in japanese cars so stop by for your WOF or mechanical repairs. I highly recommend the mechanics here for their speed and quality of work.
