It took a while for me to finally get the right vehicle but having been approved before looking was really neat and able to get a good cash deal cause I was already approved. Communication was excellent on the phone they were patient, clear and able to understand them. A pretty neat experience.
Based on a family member's experience: AA Money's communication was sometimes timely, sometimes not. Ultimately their loan approval process was clunky with too much hoop jumping to do. The end result being that they would not approve a loan for the amount requested unless it was a joint loan, even though the person concerned had a freehold property, full-time permanent job and enough money in the bank. They found another lender who approved a higher (solo!) loan amount than AA with an excellent rate, terms and conditions (much quicker and easier!). On the plus side, at least AA's consultant did the best he could, seeing as the final decision apparently wasn't his!
It was a great experience personally because I have never seen so quick disbursal of loan and no hidden cost plus no penalty on early payment, kudos to AA team and special thanks to juhi for helping me out with the process
Not an easy process - communication was not a strong point, I found myself often ringing to see what was happening and what I need to do next, and half the time got sent to voicemail. I was close to switching to another company, and would have if I hadn’t put so much effort already into this one. In the end it was sorted, but quite a frustrating process.
If you are looking for a decent credit team customer service and faster loan processing, I would request you to apply at some other company. This lot is all about high promises and low delivery, least in my case.
