   It was an absolute pleasure working with Keith Jones from Loan Market on my recent property purchase. During our initial meeting he clearly explained how things would work once I found a property. To help get things going while I was on the hunt Keith got the ball rolling with the bank and in a short space of time I had my loan pre-approval. This was very helpful when looking for properties as I had a much clearer idea of my price bracket. Once my offer on a property was successful Keith and I were in regular contact, but it was the smooth communication between Keith, the bank and my solicitor that made the process of purchasing a whole lot easier. Keith kept me in the loop on what I needed to do at what stage of the process and was very helpful in structuring my loan to best suit my needs as the property I was purchasing was to go into a family trust. A few speed bumps with the bank along the way didn’t faze Keith and it was full steam ahead all the way to the finish line. I have no hesitation in recommending Keith as your next port of call for mortgage advice. Why? Because he is professional, is with you every step of the way, and is just a nice guy to deal with!
