My husband and I visited the Just Jeans St Luxes yesterday. It was my most amazing shopping experience. Two young girls helped us. They were very caring, very friendly, very understanding. We didn't know our size. My husband got the right jeans size the first time. These two girls are magicians who make the choice of things simple. We will definitely come back here again!
I visited the store at St Luke’s today and had a wonderful purchasing experience with Kalindi, she really was excellent. I walked out with 3 pairs of Levi’s and I will be back for more in the future. Highly recommended!
Want the perfect Jeans in under 15 minutes, look for Sam. She knew the store, knew the styles and was up and down ladders at lightning speed. Had me three pairs to try, one was perfect and i just love them. And I haven’t brought jeans for around 15 years. I would have been lost without her help!
Super rude staff. There was this one staff she was following me like I was about to steal something from there. I told her multiple times I don’t need help but still follows me I understand you want to help customers but if some one is ok u need to give them space as well.
I recommend everyone to consult with Hannah at this store. She is a wonderful person who helped with the stuffup on the billed item from another store. Which I was told to contact the management team from a rude helpless at New Lynn store. The way Hannah handled this changed the perspective on Just Jeans from what I experienced at Newlynn store.
I returned a pair of Jeans I'd purchased online to the Just Jean's St Lukes store. They didn't fit as I'd like them to. The young man who set about helping me replace them, couldn't have been more helpful. After quite a few different pairs being tried. I'd found the pair that suited me most. They were more expensive. But they looked great.
Shop was busy, But good. They are doing 2 for $20, With this price I am all good
