   Company does not pay out their customers. They currently have many pending cases - some exceeding $1 mil owed. Insure with this company if you like getting ripped off.

   This is the absolute worst insurance company! If I could I would rate it at 0. Our vehicle has been stolen and they want more and more evidence each day asif photos through the neighbours security footage and police report is not enough. Do not use them as your insurance company!! We are still waiting for a conclusion of their decision, it's been weeks since it was stolen.

   I could not be happier in dealing with QBE and its Assessor Richard at Fin Mat. The fire in our Apartment was traumatic, but he was reassuring, professional prompt, and very fair. QBE are lucky to have him on board.

   I am extremely frustrated with [Insurance Company QBE ]. After a thief broke my door lock, damaged my security camera, and stole my device, my claim for theft was unjustly denied. The insurance company bizarrely concluded that this was not a theft, despite the clear evidence. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. I am now preparing to sue to protect my rights and seek fair treatment. I strongly advise against using this insurance company based on my experience.

   Worst insurance company ever. A truck insured by this company caused a major accident on Coatesville Riverhead HWY. The company does not payout any cost of damages caused to other parties. No explanation given and just refuses to pay.

   Just pray you don't have to deal with them. One of their clients damaged my car and they were very unhelpful and rude. I had to take care of everything and was told, that they waived the fee to get a second opinion upon my estimate, which I provided to them. They don't keep deadlines and Just so Not care. Of course because they need to pay. Unbelievable!!!
