    Had my car stolen and lodged my claim online with Ando. A few days later the car was found and sent to the impound, and Ando organised an assessor straight away. The whole thing was sorted within 5 days and the claim was fully settled as a write-off. Super impressed with how smooth and fast the process was. Really happy with their service.

    Very very poor service and never reply on time, rental car was included in my policy, 1st week didn't get any reply for claimed email so, I got personal rental car 2nd mid week got rental car from company for 2 weeks only, on 13th day they send me an email, your car will be ride off and gave me lowest price offer, you have accept the price offer bcoz your rental vehicle will not be extended, more over i didn't get any money for my 1st week rental car

    We have been charged 6 insurances for 5 different assets on our end. However on their end we are only insured 4 assets. They didn't know why and blamed us for it. They are so unprofessional and rude. How are they even allowed operating on the market. One star is too many. They need monitoring by officials.

    BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I used this company. Had a terrible car accident. That was not my fault. This company does not stand by you at all they just want your money. Thief's they are..... Paid me out for my car then asks for there money back. Got there lawyers to recover the money in which they did. This company is a bad choice. Beware the worst insurance company ever!!!!!!!!! They will rip you off.... BEWARE This company distroyed my life.. had to go to court to get money from the people who caused my car crash, there insurance company helpped them but Ando left me without there support , in which is what I paid them for.... Lost everything. My business, my house. the costs were left for me to fight as my insurance company left me to fight on my owen. It cost me well over $200,000 in my legal costs Shame on you Ando.... Thanks for nothing......

    Before they say they didn't find my name in their system my real name is Cesaro Barreto claim number G-COM-C0210332. Their customer crashed into my car 3 months ago and they still haven't got my car fixed they have been ignoring my emails. I have been involved in accidents before and it never took more than a few weeks to get my car fixed. Ando insurance is by far the worst insurance company in the country no surprise they got 2. stars rating.

    Customer service is rude as. Bunch of amateurs sitting on the phone with zero communication skills. Won't recommend them at all. Called them to follow up with my claim and they didn't even followed with towing company and wanted me to call for them. And then while asking for a rental car the guy on the phone told me that i dont understand them and hung up on me. USELESS

    When the insurance company sends an email saying "I've auto renewed your insurance, so you have continious cover". Without asking me do i want to go ahead? It's time to move on. Especially when the insurance quote is DOUBLE more than last year. The insurance company has not checked out of any of my personal circumstances, what's happening with the car, it's age or what would be the best choices of cover. I'm not sure what planet making decisions without me, you think is professional? Setting an auto renewal without my permission benefits you. This seems to be the world we live in. Double price? Are you kidding? *I've just renewed my car, for $1 more a month, even after 2 claims last year. Thanks AMI.

    You have terrible claim team and customer support, when I called last two times the customer support did not give update on my car's claim, they said they will update the claim broker and can't give any update to me. When the claim was filed, you have promised to get back to me in 48 hours but no one from ANDO contacted me and more than two week no update on the claim. Clueless on what I should do next.

    Terrible company. Our car was crashed into in our driveway while stationary, all caught on camera, and ANDO has refused to pay for it to be fixed despite their party being liable. They basically told us to get stuffed after two months of emails and phone calls, and to take it to the disputes tribunal knowing full well most people can't afford legal fees. Insurance companies are a special kind of evil.
