   Took the car to get a cleaning after a nose to tail accident and coffee went flying. Took to their New Lynn Mall branch. Car was in a tidy condition as AA does a clean before returning it. Got the Gold package and paid extra for seats to be cleaned also. Exterior was done pretty well and can’t fault it except for door jabs which weren’t even cleaned. Interior was highly disappointing. Seats were cleaned except for the back seat where the car seat was on (I had asked to put everything in the back so they can clean it and they said okay). That whole seat wasn’t even cleaned and none dry. The interior was vacuumed well but the surfaces appeared like it was a quick polish and no cleaning done before hand as expected with car interior detailing. I mean the whole point of taking it in because of the coffee that went flying that had been cleaned by AA but not deep cleaned as expected of car detailing. Spots of the coffee remained on the surfaces per photos and even on the steering wheel which is notable and obvious. See photos taken after the Gold Package clean, that’s how bad it is. Not worth getting interiors done here at all. Save your money, paying them $195 just for an okay exterior clean isn’t worth it.
