Had the best customer service in store today. The women who took care of me helped me with my questions about wetsuits and potential wetsuit options, even with some personal queries about wetsuits that extended outside of the store which she definitely didn’t have to help me with. Will definitely come back to shop here again for my swimming supplies! Thanks so much for such a great experience.

quite possibly the worst e-commerce experience. you can order online from here, but they are basically doing drop shipping from the supplier, they don't have my order in stock, its coming from the supplier...delay? oh yes don't be in a rush for your order to arrive, 10 days in and I am still waiting. then to top it all its seemingly been dispatched using post haste, quite possibly the worst service along with arame in NZ. I have since placed two orders one with TYR the other with Arena and they have both arrived, no drama. I will NOT buy off this site again, ever. when you ask where your order is, you get a reply, but don't expect it to be decent.
The online customer experience is shocking! I purchased a wetsuit online and was told in 3 days later that it wasn’t available and asked if I wanted a different product or refund. I then proceeded to follow this up with a question about 2 other wetsuits and got no reply. I have tried the mobile number, left a message and a couple more emails but no response. This is terrible customer service. Not impressed. Thinking of purchasing from overseas now. Waiting to hear back re:alternative or refund.

Very pleased to provide a review of our experience at T3. We have bought swimming wet suits and other ocean swimming gear from T3. They have been excellent in both their advice and service. Sam particularly has stood out in helping us. Their Newmarket store has a pool so you can try the wetsuit out before you buy.
